Recently an another android vulnerability has been discovered called QuadRooter attack. vulnerabilities have been disclosed by a team of Check Point researchers at the DEF CON 24 security conference in Las Vegas. It's also said that Qualcomm chipset is mainly vulnerable to Quadrooter attack that disturb more than 90 millions of android device user worlwide. Obviously 90 million is a big number
More bad is that : Most of those affected Android devices will probably never be patched
There was nearly 4 vulnerability discovered on android device running Android Marshmallow & prior that move with Qualcomm chip will enable an attacker to achieve root-level access to any Qualcomm device.
