Twitter Announced Via Their Blog Which Said that:

Today we are excited to introduce #Stickers, a new fun way to creativity to your photos and connect them to the world on Twitter.

Soon Twitter users can browse the sets of stickers from the library of accessories, emoji, and props to add more fun to your photos. Share these edited photos to tell what you are doing or how you are feeling.

You can use multiple stickers on a single photo, also reside and rotate them. After you share a photo with stickers on it, your photo becomes searchable in a new visual spin on the #tag. When you tap on a sticker in a tweet takes you to a new timeline where people all over the world are using stickers.

This ability to add stickers on your photos will roll out soon within next few weeks on Twitter for IOS and Android users.
